The goal | Students are introduced to the basic terms in the field of Hispanic studies necessary for continuing their studies. Students gain knowledge about the history of Spain and Hispanic America and see them in a wider, global context. Students gain knowledge about the most important Spanish cultural and academic institutions and recognitions, necessary for understanding the importance of individual literary works, authors and literary eras in general. | |||
The outcome | Students use terms from the field of Hispanic Studies. Students develop the ability to select and classify available information. Students critically observe events from the history of Spain and Hispanic America and independently draw conclusions about their direct and indirect consequences for phenomena in the field of Hispanistic Studies, Hispanic literature and culture. | |||
