      The goal Introducing the student to Albanology, which includes the history, language and culture of the Albanian people.
      The outcome The student acquires basic knowledge of etymology, linguistics and other scientific disciplines of Albanology. In addition, he is able to compare Albanology with other studies of European languages, as well as the similarities and differences between various cultures. All of this enables the student to easily navigate the wide and complex body of Albanian culture.

      Contents of lectures Etymology, linguistics, Proto-Indo-European language Traces of the ancient Greek language, Traces of the Illyrian language, Influence of the Latin language, Similarities between the Albanian and Romanian languages, Influence of the modern Greek language, Influence of the Turkish language, Influence of Italian dialects, Lexicography, Onomastics, Ethnology, Religion, Historiography, Folklore, Albanian music , Albanian diaspora in the world.
      Contents of exercises Active participation of students in activities during lectures, such as discussions, interactive teaching with the use of modern technical means, debates and execution of scheduled individual and group tasks, etc.
