    The goal Developing all language competences up to level C1
    The outcome The student acquires communication skills at level C1 ‒ first part: Listening ‒ understanding longer speeches, television programs, films, etc.; The student analyzes and explains literary and expert texts, technical instructions, etc.; Speech interaction ‒ develops spontaneous communication skills on a specific topic, is able to express her/himself orally on various social topics in various situations; Speech production ‒ skills related to presentation with appropriate conclusion; Writing ‒ the student acquires knowledge for the written expression of clear and well-structured texts while explaining and analyzing his own views. Likewise, he is able to understand any variant of the spoken Albanian language without much difficulty. S/He will be able to write longer essays in which s/he will present his clearly argued views.

    Contents of lectures Literary essay. Philosophical essay. Critical thinking. Lexicology. Types of texts according to linguistic functions (characteristics, types). Informative text (descriptive and argumentative texts). Official letter, correspondence, CV writing. Chronicle. Historical chronicle. Paraphrasing. Different types of argumentation (objective and subjective argumentation, simple and complex argumentation). A variety of topics and texts that are adapted to the given level of language knowledge.
