Programs of Study – Undergraduate Studies
In this four-year study program, students will familiarize themselves with Serbian literature, starting from folk and medieval literature all the way through to various literary movements within 20th century Serbian literature, including a comparative study of South Slavic literature. In addition to literature, students will also study the Serbian language, one foreign language and the methodology of teaching Serbian literature. Students of this major will acquire the skills necessary for teaching through specialized, methodological, and pedagogical practice.
Programs of Study – M.A. Studies
Through elective courses at the M.A. level, students have the opportunity to further deepen their interests in specific areas: Serbian Literature (History and Poetics), Comparative Literature (South Slavic and General) and Didactics of Teaching Literature. The M.A. programme introduces students to elements and techniques of scientific work, allowing them to master the methodological aspects of scientific research, and providing them with specialization in the academic field of their choice.
