    The goal Introducing students to teaching content of the Serbian language at both educational levels, training them to apply adequate methodology when processing educational material, or determining and evaluating pupil's knowledge.
    The outcome The student knows the contents of Serbian language classes and knows how to process them in a methodical and high-quality manner.
    Contents
    Contents of lectures The Serbian language teaching methodology includes the study of school curriculum that is thematized through lectures, exercises, student preparations and presentations. This includes following activities: methodological linking of teaching mother tongue and literature; use of literary and artistic texts in the teaching of grammar and stylistics; teaching goals moderated towards the realization of content from language and language culture; methodical actions in the processing of language teaching units; the structure of the class of processing, determination and systematization;structuring of tests; teaching planning (annual and monthly plan); systematic and continuous work in teaching literacy; student assessment; functional procedures in teaching grammar; forms of work in fostering speaking culture and literacy (speech and writing exercises and compositions); free activities of students; printed and digital textbooks.
    Contents of exercises Exercises, creative workshops. Application of concrete methodical procedures and actions when processing teaching content from the Serbian language.
