      The goal Practical learning of the Czech language and application of acquired theoretical knowledge. Understanding of individual phrases of the standard Czech language in familiar situations in everyday life (family, education, work, entertainment, orientation in the city, excursions, sports, hobbies, food, meals and restaurants). Compose a simple text on a familiar topic. Developing basic language skills and perfecting acquired language competence optimally up to level A2.
      The outcome The scquiring and activating the basic lexical fund, basic grammatical forms and constructions and uses them correctly in speech and writing, understanding written text and statements on topics from everyday communication - student remembers, understands and uses the most common everyday statements and is able to explain his needs and interests, to write an informal letter, an invitation, to create a dialogue.
      Contents
      Contents of lectures Grammar: verbs of motion and modal verbs, tense and future, prepositional-case constructions (genitive, accusative), ordinal numbers, indefinite and negative pronouns, adjectives.
      Contents of exercises Education and development of all aspects of communicative competence and all language skills (understanding, speaking, reading and writing). Grammatical and lexical exercises. Practicing knowledge of morphology. Practicing material from the morphology of nouns, adjectives and pronouns, ability to apply them. Spelling exercises, lexical exercises and speaking, grammar exercises. Use of textbooks and illustrations, additional materials, exercises (listening, pronunciation and grammar), interactive teaching, verbal methods: monologue, dialogue, oral interaction. Getting to know different aspects of Czech culture and society.
