The goal		To extend and to apply the knowledge of the principles of literary translation (with respect to faithfulness to the original in terms of meaning and style) and the knowledge of the challenges in the translation of various types of literary text from Serbian into English and from English into Serbian.
The outcome		Students make use of the knowledge relevant to the adequate translation of various types of literary text.

Contents of lectures		The course gives an insight into the specific challenges of the translation of the narrative, descriptive, and dialogic type of text.
