| The goal | Theoretical introduction to the historical overview of literature created at the end of the 19th century and the first decades of the 20th century, to the history of Ukrainian culture of the aforementioned period, its most significant historical and cultural events, for example the philosophical and ideological-aesthetic foundations of literary movements and trends, to the first wave of modernism, to impressionism and expressionism, to the most representative authors, works and phenomena of this period in Ukrainian literature. | |||
| The outcome | The student becomes familiar with presentations, illustrations, excerpts or complete works of Ukrainian literature of the late 19th century and the first decades of the 20th century, acquires the ability to recognize the most significant texts of this period, through the interpretation of works of Ukrainian literature from the period of the first wave of modernism, impressionism and expressionism, applies the acquired knowledge, analyzes works in the Ukrainian language, is trained for further independent acquisition of knowledge, participates in and develops skills and dexterity in discussions in the Ukrainian language, connects and applies knowledge from different fields, and compares works with the same or similar types and genres in European and world literature. | |||
