      The goal The goal is to introduce students to the concepts and methodology of Arabic theoretical linguistics. Students will learn about Arabic linguistic traditions. They will also be familiar with Arabic contemporary linguistics. Students will be able to conduct research within Arabic theoretical linguistics.
      The outcome Students are introduced to Arabic theoretical linguistics in the Balkans, the Arab world, and worldwide. They can apply their theoretical knowledge to conduct research within Arabic linguistics.
