The goal		Introduction to the theory of translation as a scientific discipline, types and techniques of translation and translation problems.
The outcome		The student becomes familiar with the theory of translation and by contrasting Turkish and Serbian texts and translating from Turkish to Serbian, he masters translation techniques.

Contents of lectures		Translation theory as a scientific discipline, translation theory and translation, basics of translation theory and practice, basic translation techniques, translation transformations.
