      The goal programima i interaktivnim multimedijalnim sadržajima (obogaćen pdf, e-misija, e-učionica) što obuhvata nastava na daljinu. Acquaintance of students with school textbooks (reading book, grammar, workbook) as basic teaching aids, in which the teaching content of the subject Serbian language and literature in elementary schools, gymnasiums and vocational secondary schools is presented in a systematic and methodically appropriate manner. In this regard, students are trained to evaluate the structure, concept, content, didactic-methodical apparatus of printed textbooks, as well as consider the possibilities of using e-textbooks as a modern didactic tool in teaching and other teaching tools enriched with application programs and interactive multimedia content (enriched pdf, e-mission, e-classroom) which includes distance learning. In addition, they consider the role of problem sets, worksheets and final exams for both levels of learning.
      The outcome The student is able to clearly and systematically see and use the possibilities of printed and digital textbooks. The student develops the ability to recognize in textbooks the source for numerous creative activities that are suitable for the age, possibilities and abilities of the student. educational outcomes. The student sees how textbooks enable students in modern schools to acquire knowledge and skills, form attitudes, value systems, nurture reading competence, enrich their vocabulary, develop a culture of language expression and creative abilities.
      Contents
      Contents of lectures The elective course Textbooks in the contemporary teaching of Serbian language and literature includes the study of program contents that are adopted through lectures, seminar exercises and presentations, and include the following contents: structure of the textbook set (reading book, grammar, workbook), textbook quality standards, concept (selection of relevant content), structure and didactic-methodical apparatus in printed textbooks, representation of methodical actions in textbooks (motivation, types of reading, research tasks and projects, text localization, interpretation of unknown words and expressions, text plan); methodological connection and unification of literature and language teaching and various correlations that are realized in printed and digital textbooks.
      Contents of exercises Lectures, guided dialogue, students' creative activities, short monologue presentation, role of games in teaching.
