The goal | Introduction to approaches and models for evaluating the quality of the education system, educational processes and outcomes. Understanding the meaning of evaluation in education, critical analysis of different forms of evaluation (strengths and limitations) and the relationship with the quality of the teaching process and students' educational outcomes. | |||
The outcome | Students will be able to: - understand approaches and models of evaluation at different levels of the educational system (system as a whole, educational institution, teachers, students and parents) - understand and critically review the criteria for external evaluation and self-evaluation of the educational institution, including assessment of digital maturity - create a teaching scenario and evaluate the quality of teaching in a traditional and an online learning environment - apply different methods to assess students' educational achievements (traditional and authentic assessment), formulate feedback and practical recommendations - evaluate the quality of educational resources (print and digital) | |||
