      The goal Understanding the pedagogical principles of learning in a digital environment. Acquiring skills in instructional design and assessment of student educational achievement in a learning management system. Application of theoretical knowledge in creating a stimulating learning environment in accordance with the individual needs of students (including students who need additional educational support). Acquiring skills to critically evaluating the pedagogical value of digital educational content.
      The outcome Students will be able to: - apply the principles of learning theories when designing lessons in a digital environment - use the learning management system to deliver lessons, monitor and evaluate students' educational achievements - make choices and critically evaluate the pedagogical value of specific digital tools and digital educational resources - create digital learning content in accordance with the principles of universal design - use digital tools and digital educational resources ethically and safely.

      Contents of lectures Concept and types of learning environments: traditional, blended and online teaching Theoretical approaches to learning in a digital environment Roles of students and teachers, types of interaction in a digital learning environment Digital tools for learning: possibilities and limitations Learning management systems (Mudl) Assessing the quality of digital educational resources (digital textbooks, open educational resources, web tools, etc.) Designing the teaching process in a digital environment Application of the principles of universal design in the creation of digital content Monitoring and assessment of student learning in a digital environment Formative digital assessment: self-assessment and peer assessment Gamification in education and game-based learning Teacher competencies for the pedagogical use of digital technology Digital competences of students Ethical and safety aspects of learning in a digital environment
