The goal | Acquiring knowledge and establishing a theoretical basis for the analysis of the literary and cultural construction of the role of intellectuals in Italian history. The goal is to achieve cognitive results within the offered educational model that strives to illuminate some of the possibilities for understanding the differences that arise from the contemporary situation of the gap between the humanities and other types of knowledge, as well as the necessity of understanding the specificity of the relationship between science and social responsibility. | |||
The outcome | Based on the problematization of the offered topics, the participant is able to better articulate and situate his own professional and social identity and thereby better direct and apply his/her knowledge within the framework of the achieved critical, analytical and polemical competencies. | |||
Contents | ||||
Contents of lectures | Interpretive and analytical competence includes an overview that starts from examples of Italian literature, but encourages a comparative approach. Examples of possible thematic units for work (which do not exhaust the thematic possibilities of the course, but offer some of the possible directions of research): 1. An attempt at a definition.
