Romanian Language, Literature and Culture
Romanian Studies at the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Philology are organized into three cohesive study programs covering undergraduate, master’s and doctoral studies. In recent years, with its accredited teaching program, the Sub-Department for Romanian Language and Literature has added new subjects, changed the number of hours of lectures and seminars, implemented an innovative teaching approach, and introduced theoretical and practical classes for future teachers and translators.
Thanks to active collaboration with universities in Romania, especially the University of Bucharest, students are given a unique opportunity for free professional development throughout Romania. In this sense, every summer many students take part in one-month international courses, which are attended by students from all over the world.
