In practice classes, students are trained in formal, semantic, structural-semantic and lingucultural analysis of various phraseological fields, they get acquainted with phraseological dictionaries of the Serbian language (Serbian phraseography), functional-stylistic use and stylistic value of individual phraseologies (joking, ironic, pejorative, etc.) , and types of phraseology in the Serbian language. Also, the classes discuss archaic phraseology and phraseological neologisms in the Serbian language (and ways of archaization and neologization), discuss phraseological synonymy and variation. The structure of comparative phraseology is analyzed (on the example of verb standards) and the function of the comparative (intensification, qualification) is distinguished. Phraseological polysemy is also dealt with on concrete examples (and, in this connection, the occurrences of phraseological conversion, enantiosemy, homonymy, etc.). Using examples of illogical phraseology, students are introduced to the term phraseological model. A number of lessons are devoted to the analysis of proverbs (paremia), i.e. paremiology (phraseology in a broader sense). |
