Call for Papers: 6th International Conference GranaSlavic2025
The Departamental Section of Slavic Philology of the University of Granada is pleased to announce the 6th International Conference GranaSlavic2025, commemorating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Departamental Section of Slavic Philology at the University of Granada.
The Conference will take place at the University of Granada (Spain) on June 2–4, 2025. Online participation will not be available.
The primary goal of the conference is to promote both theoretical and applied research in the field of Slavic Studies, bringing together scholars with interests in a variety of topics, including:
- Learning and Teaching Slavic Languages and Cultures
- Slavic Literatures and Cultural Expressions
- Media and Political Discourse
- History and International Relations
- Discourse Analysis
- Translation to and from Slavic Languages
The official languages of the conference are any Slavic language, Spanish, and English.
Abstracts should not exceed 400 words (including references) and may be submitted in any Slavic language, Spanish, or English. Each author may submit a maximum of two abstracts, with no more than one as sole author or first author. Abstracts will undergo anonymous evaluation, so please avoid any self-identification within the abstract.

Important dates
Deadline for abstract submission is December 2, 2024
Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by December 18, 2024
